I've updated some old pages and added some new ones:
Baby Nursery, Bedroom Accessory, Boy/Girl Twins Room, and Knobs, Pulls and Switch Plates.
Well here we are again. Another year to get those decorating projects done. If your projects seem so involved and huge that you just can't get started, just take them one little project at a time.
If you have an idea of what you want to do in your kid's room, all you need to do is watch out for stuff everytime you are out shopping or on the internet shopping. Start yourself a folder, envelope or big ziplock bag and keep paint & wallpaper samples, notes about room measurements, window sizes, furniture that you have and furniture that you need to get, fabric pieces and photos.
Speaking of photos, keep that digital camera or camera/phone with you so when you see something in the store you like, take a pix of it so you can remember what it looked like.
So it takes you six months. If you keep your baggie with you, you'll always be prepared when you find that perfect item for your child's room. I wouldn't recommend taking more than six months though, especially if you're doing a theme room, because they change their minds and moods very quickly!
And yes. . . .the January newsletter is late. : (
